By registering for and participating in the Joshua George Rios Memorial Co-Ed Softball Tournament, all teams, players, and attendees agree to the following terms and conditions:

Registration & Payments

• All teams must complete registration and submit full payment by the stated deadline to secure their spot.

• Registration fees are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the committee.

• The tournament reserves the right to limit the number of teams and close registration at any time.

Player Eligibility

• All participants must meet tournament eligibility requirements.

• Teams must follow all co-ed roster rules and regulations provided by the tournament organizers.

• Any falsification of player information may result in disqualification without refund.

Conduct & Sportsmanship

• All players, coaches, and spectators are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respectful behavior at all times.

• Any form of fighting, harassment, or unsportsmanlike conduct may result in ejection from the tournament without refund.

• Tournament officials have full authority to enforce rules and make final decisions.

Liability Waiver

• Participation in the tournament is at your own risk.

• The tournament organizers, staff, and affiliates are not responsible for any injuries, accidents, lost or stolen items, or damages that may occur during the event.

• By participating, individuals agree to release and hold harmless the event organizers and venue.

Weather & Event Changes

• In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, the tournament schedule may be adjusted.

• Organizers reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel games as necessary for safety.

• No refunds will be issued due to weather-related interruptions.

Media & Photography

• By participating, players and attendees grant permission for photos and videos taken during the event to be used for promotional purposes, including social media, marketing, and advertisements.

Sponsorships & Donations

• All sponsorships and donations are final and non-refundable.

• The tournament reserves the right to determine placement and recognition of sponsors.

Agreement

• By registering or participating in the tournament, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
